Our projects take time, dedication and a lot of hard work. We work closely with our clients from concept to completion to create a space unique to their needs and personality.

Phase 1 | Good design starts with a dialogue. We take time to clearly define the scope of the project, your style, and your goals. Once we have the project well defined, we move to the conceptual design phase. Here we focus on design direction, mood boards, space planning, and budget.

Phase 2 | This is where the pretty happens and we start to pull together complete schemes, sketches, and floor plans. We focus on the details of renderings, material/furniture selections, and begin planning for any labor or construction required for the project.

Phase 3 | Once details of the design development are 100% finalized, we begin procurement and approval for labor and construction. This phase involves heavy project management and coordination among labor and construction services.

Phase 4 | We love experiencing our client’s excitement when they see everything come together. At the end of our projects, clients are given an end of project manual with all the important information from the project in one place.

The size of the project will dictate the level of project management that is required. Some clients want a full service, soup-to-nuts experience, others want to tap us for our design and selections of a full room but prefer to handle the project management and execution on their own. Still others may want to schedule hourly creative sessions to talk through ideas for entire spaces (we even had a client hire us to walk through potential homes to purchase to discuss possibilities).
